IVERIS

About

A specialist firm for capital entering the Gulf, Iraq, and Iran.

Iveris Advisory Group is a specialist geopolitical advisory firm built for a specific question: how international businesses enter, operate, and maintain position in the markets of the Gulf, Iraq, and Iran — where public information is limited, where decisions are relationship-driven, and where the right introduction outweighs the best strategy on paper.

Leadership

Founder-led. Personally accountable.

Every engagement is led personally by the founding partner. Iveris combines deep regional fluency, institutional investigative rigour, and the compliance architecture to operate across the jurisdictions we advise on.

    Jaber Rajabi

    Founding Partner

Jaber Rajabi founded Iveris Advisory Group to give international businesses and investors the kind of regional insight that typically exists only inside governments. His understanding of the Gulf, Iraq, and Iran is built on nearly two decades of direct experience inside Iran's political and security establishment, including a senior advisory role in the presidential administration. He knows how decisions are made in the region — not from reports, but from the rooms where they happen. That political insight is matched by deep commercial experience across the region's strategic industries — energy, infrastructure, and sovereign capital — where the line between policy and business rarely exists.

  • 01 · The gap we close

Most firms stop where our work begins.

Big-four consultancies supply frameworks. Global law firms supply opinions. Bulge-bracket banks supply capital structure. None of these answer the specific question of who among the key decision-makers is the right counterpart for a specific deal, what a sovereign's new investment framework actually means in practice, or how a sanctions designation three jurisdictions away will redraw a counterparty map. That is the gap we close.

  • 02 · How we work

Small partnership, proprietary infrastructure, institutional standard.

Iveris is a deliberately lean partnership, augmented by a proprietary analytical platform. Every engagement is led personally by a partner. Drafts, briefs, and counterparty assessments are produced in hours rather than days — because our platform carries the institutional memory of every prior engagement, every entity we have mapped, and every source we have vetted. A senior-led team, supported by this infrastructure, delivers at a speed and depth that larger advisory houses struggle to match.

  • 03 · Who we serve

Board-level mandates, long-horizon capital, selective engagements.

We work with boards and C-suites of international enterprises entering the region, with long-horizon institutional investors deploying capital into Gulf platforms, and with founders whose businesses depend on regional licensing, regulation, or sovereign participation. We turn down more engagements than we accept. We do not act for sanctioned parties, and we decline mandates where our role would be presentational rather than substantive.

Operating principles

Operating principles

  • Discretion before all

Client identity, engagement scope, and findings remain confidential indefinitely. We do not publish case studies.

  • Provenance over volume

Every claim in a brief is traceable to a scored, dated source. Corrections are versioned and retained.

  • Conflicts actively managed

Every engagement is cleared against a live conflicts register before acceptance. We walk away from incompatible work.

  • Sanctions-first screening

Counterparties, beneficial owners, and proposed structures are screened against UK, EU, US, and UN regimes as a precondition.
